And don't bother checking the candidate's websites to find out where they stand on queer issues because they've made great efforts to hide their positions in most cases. If you want to find out go to Google and search their (try candidate name + gay or similar term). Most of the sites have no search feature on their sites but they have pages buried deep in their site that Google can easily extract.
